All LightStim devices purchased from us are eligible for return within 30-days of the original purchase date. A copy of your invoice or receipt must accompany the return or it will not qualify for a return. You must include all original packaging materials and accessories to qualify for a return. If any items are missing a 15% restocking fee will be required. If your device is damaged in shipping please notify us and we will replace your device immediately upon receipt back to us. We do not cover your shipping costs for returned devices that were damaged in shipping.
